I ordered Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) soy sauce flavor and horse sashimi. Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) was very delicious, with the flavor of the giblets and soy sauce matching well. When you think of motsu, you might think of it as greasy, but Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) here is easy to eat. However, it was very filling and I was very satisfied. The horse sashimi used was from Kumamoto Prefecture and was very fresh and delicious. The appetizer was also reasonable at 300 yen.
