今はなき福ビルの地下にあった「コンチネンタル・ロイヤル」、ロイヤルホストのグループの中でもファミレスではなく正統派レストラン。
高い天井とタッセル付きカーテン、カトラリーも銀でテーブルセッティングされ一皿ずつスープにもメインにもプレゼンテーションプレートの上にサーブされていたのを思い出します。
こちらは「カフェ」が着いた分幾分軽めになったのでしょうか。
ランチのワンプレートをオーダー。
スープはコンソメ、具がちゃんと入ったスープ嬉しい。ちゃんとスープスプーンがセットしてあるのもいいですね。
パン小さめのは山高パンが温めてまるまる１個サーブされるの、コンチネンタルロイヤルはこうだったなと思いだして懐かしい。
プレートは、トマトソースのサーモンムニエルの下にはほうれん草のソテーが敷いてあり、お肉も香ばしく美味しい、ミニカレードリアはロイヤルのドリアらしい味で美味しい。サラダも生ハムがのっていて野菜の種類も多くてロイヤルのドレッシングは美味しいし幸せ。
ヨーグルトは、あ、これデザートなのか…。
コーヒーは、ポットから移したんだろうなという味でした。
お値段は2,400円くらいだったかな。
