フカヒレ姿煮のランチコース食べました。
初めてだったので食べ方がよくわからず、
炒飯が薄味になっているので姿煮を餡かけ風にして食べると良いと言われやってみました。
飽きがこなくて最後まで美味しくいただきました。
姿煮はコリコリしていましたが、柔らかく食べやすかったです。
デザートのマンゴームースも濃厚で美味しかったです。
