福岡市中央区で朝食を食べました。
お店は地下鉄天神の西側、西鉄グランドホテルの１階にあります。
入り口の左側にある、ＧｒａｎｄＣａｆｅ、ＡｌｌＤａｙＤｉｎｉｎｇと書かれた看板が目印です。
西鉄グランドホテルの、朝食ブッフェを利用しました。
料理は和食と洋食があり、バイキング形式の食べ放題です。
色々な和食がありますが、博多名物の明太子や、がめ煮などもあります。
がめ煮は、福岡県の代表的な郷土料理で、炒り鶏や筑前煮、筑前炊き、とも呼ばれるようです。
洋食も品数が豊富で、目移りしますね。
うどん、ラーメンの麺類もあります。
ラーメンは、博多のソウルフードのマルタイの棒ラーメンでした。
ご飯類も色々とありましたが、こちらも博多名物のかしわ飯を食べました。
ホテル特製のモーニングカレーが人気のようで、とてもコク深いカレーで、皆さん食べていました。
パン類もホテルハンドメイドで、どれも美味しいパンでした。
ドリンク類も、フルーツジュースや野菜ジュースなど種類も豊富でした。
客層は、ホテルの宿泊がメインですが、一般客も利用できるようです。
トースト、クロワッサン、スクランブルエッグ、フライドエッグ、プレーンオムレツ、ミニサラダ、ドリンク類など、単品でも注文できるようですが、全員がブッフェを利用していました。
ビジネスホテルの朝食と比べると、ワンランクもツーランクも上の、少しリッチな朝食に、とても満足しました。
西鉄グランドホテルのレストランは、今回利用したグランカフェの他に、フランス料理のラ・カスタドゥ、バーラウンジのグロットとグランエチュード、パンやスイーツのルプティパレ、日本料理の松風と大名義、中国料理の桃林、イタリアンのマンジャーモ、寿司の高玉、ハーブダイニングのジュレなどがあります。
どのレストランも評判が良いようなので、また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
