久し振りに串匠さんへ来ました。
季節のネタをカラッとサクサクに揚げてあり 食べ方は、お好みで、味噌やポン酢、タルタルなど5種類だったかな？
ネタ毎に、お塩、タルタル、ソースなどと指定してくれますが、私はほとんど、ポン酢かタルタルで食べちゃいます。
串揚げにビールは最高に相性が良く（私的）結構グビグビやりました。
常時32種類のネタがあり、全て食べきるとお店から記念品が貰えます 私は十年？もっと前かな…2度頂きました。
その記念品は…………ﾅｲｼｮです。
開店当初は『喝』?漢字が不明 『かつ』と言う名前でしたが、『楓洛喝』?こんな字? 『ふう、らく、かつ』内部で何か有ったのか不明で、『かつ』が現在の串匠さんになったようですね。

半年ぶりの串匠さん
変わったことが有りました。
店内禁煙になってました。
まっこのご時世仕方ない事ですね。
今回は、友人と三人で訪問、友人二人はデビューだったので、美味い美味いの連発で、紹介者の私は満足でしたが、頑張って8本しか食べれない その分呑んでるんですがね 笑
生ビール2杯と焼酎１本空けました。んでお決まりの中洲してきました。
中洲はブルーラグーンからの出前でしたが、写真撮ってない
