ここ、渡辺通と博多駅筑紫口、天神3丁目の3店舗。
串揚げ定食は串揚げ7品を1本ずつ揚げてくれる。
定食に付くのが小鉢2つとサラダ、漬物5種類(蕪、胡瓜、人参の糠漬けと白菜漬、沢庵の5種類)、味噌汁にご飯で、味噌汁とご飯はお代わり無料。
カウンターにはふりかけも3種類置いてある。
出張族を連れていくと充実振りに喜んで尻尾を振ってご飯と味噌汁をお代わりして満腹となり午後の会議で居眠りしてしまうので注意が必要だ。
福岡市に来たらオススメの1軒である。
なお、この店は前身がは「喝」という串揚げのみでだったが、1990年代に串匠に変わった。喝」は福岡大丸にあるが、元々ここにあった喝であるかは定かでありません。
