特に美味しかったものを紹介します。
○天然海老
衣の食感と海老の食感の相性がとても良いです。
塩で食べると海老の甘みも感じれるので塩で食べることをオススメします。
○豚肉ねぎ間
豚の食感がとても柔らかく、こちらも衣の食感と相性がいいです。
タレよりも塩で食べると食材の旨味をよく感じれました。
○魚タルタルねぎ添え
かなり珍しいメニューです。
白身魚のフライにネギまみれのタルタルが乗ってます。
