バーオスカーの系列店だそうです
オスカーを訪問したところ、急遽、時間を繰り下げての支度中だそうで、こちらの店を紹介されました
先客は３組
丁度シェイカーを振っていたので、音が消えるまで待っての入店
真ん中よりの席が空いていたので、そちらに着座
重厚感ある深みある色合いの一枚板の大きなカウンターです
せっかくなので、ハードシェイクを期待してショートカクテルを注文しました
ムッシュ・ロオジェ…ジンベースのグリーンティー、ライムを使ったカクテル
M-30レイン…ウオッカベースのパンペルムーゼ、ブルーキュラソー、ライムを使ったカクテル
どちらもオスカーでも提供しているカクテルです
シェイカースタイルは異なりますが、クラッシュされた細かい氷が浮かぶのはさすがです
メジャーカップは使わず直接シェイカーに注ぐので、グラスに注ぐ時の量が微妙に異なるのはご愛敬です
今日はワンオペで、オーダーに応えるべく忙しく動かれていましたが、合間を見て話しかけてみると気さくな接客をしていただきました
静かにお酒を楽しむ方、会話を楽しむ方など、それぞれのシチュエーションに合わせて寛ぎの上質な時間を過ごさせていただきました
