ハムとワインを是非とも楽しんで。お魚も美味しい！
さて、フリッジさん。 今回は一心鮨の一光さんのご紹介ということで訪問いたしました。
いやぁ。やはり、岐阜のボンダボンの生ハムは
素晴らしいです。その他のイタリアのサラミというのも本当に素晴らしい。
マグロのカルパッチョも、ねとっとしたニュアンスがありながらも脂が細かく新鮮ささえ感じる。魚は寝てるんだろうけど、臭みもなくとても旨味が伸びてきているところに塩の利かせ方が見事でしまっていた。
サルティンボッカも洗練されていながら、芯のあるものでちゃんと力強い郷土料理になってました！！美味しかったなぁ。
鰆のフリット、そして名物のカルボナーラをいただきましてフィニッシュ！！＼(^o^)／
いやはや素敵な時間でした。
ワインはナチュールの名生産者のものたちをグラスで楽しむことができ、やはりそういう点でもまた博多にきた際にはしめなどで寄ってみたい。
