九州旅行二日目の二軒目はある方からオススメ戴いたシェリーとお料理のペアリングが素晴らしいと言われるマスターのみえる天神エリアにある「bar CODA 」さんにお邪魔しました❤
一軒目でしっかり馬コースを堪能しましたがまだまだお腹は余裕な私たち(笑)
結果的に友達はノンアルカクテルでまさかの0からスタートと言われる食べっぷり(笑)
それだけ一品一品のお料理も美味しくクオリティ高かったのです。
私は量が飲めないため少しずつのペアリングで六杯六種のペアリングを楽しませて戴きました❤
最後にすごいPXも戴き感動しました❤
特に印象だったのはゴベルナドールのアモンティリャードとなまら節&鰹出汁のペアリングです(*´ω`*)
ゴベルナドール自体は軽めタイプのアモンティリャードなんですが鰹とともに戴くとよりパワーアップした旨みと香りが口の中で広がり融合される感覚になるのです❤
もうひとつは濃いめのアモンティリャードのベルトラとボロネーゼ(アラビアータ風)のペアリング。
ゴロゴロミンチが入るピリ辛トマトパスタにベルトラの濃くと酸のキレが見事にマッチングし最高の味わいを感じました❤
こういうペアリングを思いつくのは完全に感性とセンスが素晴らしいにつきますね

マスターである能美さんは接客も素敵で初めての私たちでもとても親近感あるお人柄で癒されました(*´ω`*)
お一人様女性の方も見えましたし、バー初心者の方でも気軽に利用できる(お料理のみ楽しむこともできるお店)お店としてとても居心地よく過ごせるお店だと思います(*´ω`*)
二日目も最高の博多ナイトが過ごせ大満足です❤
また博多旅行に来た際は今度はこちら一軒でガッツリお食事とシェリーで満喫したいと思います(*´ω`*)

On the second night, I went to Bar Coda, a bar that sells a lot of sherry, for the first time in a while. During the day, I rented a car and took a short trip from Imari to Karatsu at night. The bar is staffed by two chefs, Mr. N, the playful owner, who is in charge of the service and serves dishes of outstanding taste. It's amazing that it's open from 6pm to 5am. We have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, not just sherry, so it's very popular as a place to have a drink with a meal, a light bar, or a late after-party. On this day, the store was always full and lively. Now, let's enjoy Koda-san♪ I made a reservation in advance for the 2,500 yen course of 6 kinds of sherry drinks. My friend asked for a 2,000 yen wine tasting of 4 different types (custom order).As usual, we enjoyed it slowly at the counter.The restaurant is incredibly comfortable. I was told that the sherry was my own, starting with fino (lol), so I would like to thank you for your kindness in serving me the sherry that would normally not be included in this course. I was able to drink my favorite Beltola, Amon & Palo, and I also had Pedro Jimenez for the first time in a while to finish the meal. However, I was satisfied with just two bites of the sweet sherry. ☆Butternut Pumpkin Soup This piping hot, creamy and smooth pumpkin soup is so delicious that it kills you instantly! ! It was a smooth soup that was more like pumpkin milk soup than a rich pumpkin soup, and I liked it so much that I wanted to drink it in buckets. Temperature is important for soup! ! This is the third time I've eaten Koda's food and I'm sure it's delicious no matter what I eat. ☆Southern Island Pork Patekan has great flavor! ! Delicious moist patty with a strong liver flavor! ! Even though I'm not a big fan of patekan, the pate left an impression on me. ☆Ricotta Cheese with Honey A snack that combines light ricotta with sweet honey. ☆Simple salad: Order with vegetables as well. A simple, acidic dressing is good. ☆Long-term aged southern island pork shoulder loin grill is insanely delicious! ! ! ! After all, ○○○'s aged meat is exceptionally delicious, even if it's not just beef! Not only is it delicious, but the unique fragrant and sweet aroma that comes from aging is truly elegant and delicious! ! After all, meat may have flavor, but if it doesn't have any aroma, it's half as delicious! ! The aroma was different from the characteristics of expensive European branded pork or domestic branded pork, and the fat was of course sweet and beautiful, and it was not greasy at all, making it a great pork. Even I, who don't like fatty meat, wanted to eat fatty pork. This Steak alone was so impressive that I wanted to eat it again right away. ☆ Bolognese fettuccine with homemade lamb raisin and chunky meat The chewy fettuccine has a strong flavor of chunky meat, and the accent of sweet and sour lamb raisins makes it a perfect pasta that is quite delicious! ! I felt the quality in that the amount of fat and oil was not too heavy, and the sweet and sour taste of the tomatoes was also present. ☆ 4 types of cheese ○ 24 months Comté ○ Breed truffle ○ Passito dried cranberry ○ Epoisses I like washes, so I knocked it out with Epoisses & Breed truffles. ☆ Italian Cuisine parsley gnocchi Simple butter and cheese sauce Parsley gnocchi is rare. The gnocchi was a little grainy, but the simple butter and cheese sauce was exquisitely delicious and rich, but not heavy, and the seasoning was perfect! ! ☆ Shrimp Ajillo Ajillo with shrimp and king king kingfish is packed with fluffy bread and soaked in oil ♡ ☆ Slowly stewed horsemeat curry The final dish is a curry that I had before and was very delicious, and I chose it again this time. The gravy was spicy, smooth and flavorful, with the sharp acidity of the tomatoes, and it was so delicious that you could even eat it without rice, making it a perfect ending to the curry. This gravy is full of deliciousness. ☆ Crema Catanara Most of my friends ate it, and it was a rich nougat glacé. It's been a long time since I've been to Koda-san♪ The owner, Mr. N, has great customer service, and the chef's food is of such a high quality that you wouldn't expect it to be a bar, and you can get great value a la carte food that rivals any Restaurants. After all, Mr. ○○○'s meat is really wonderful aged meat, and it is the best aged meat in my opinion♪ It tastes exactly like the deliciousness that real aged meat should have. I think I can agree with that. This is my favorite restaurant and a must-visit when you travel to Hakata. Thank you for the meal♪
