仲良くさせてもらっているレビュアー3人と、
2軒目に利用させてもらったこちら。
天神にあります
【 BAR Coda （ バー コーダ ）】さん。
けっこう広めの箱で、カウンターだけじゃなく、
ソファー席がいくつかあり、色々と
使い勝手も良さそうです。
ここのある料理が美味いと聞きつけ、
お酒だけじゃなく、料理も楽しみにうかがいました。
注文したものは、
・リコッタチーズ ハチミツがけ 500円
・カチョカヴァロのソテー 800円
・長期熟成南の島豚 肩ロースのグリル 2,600円〜
・馬すね肉のカレー 1,000円
です。
みんな最初から琥珀を愉しみつつ、
じょじょにハイボールへシフトしていく流れ。
この日はウィスキー通の人が一緒でしたが、
ここの品ぞろえは凄いみたいですね。
そして、個人的に楽しみにしていたのが、
豚の肩ロースのグリル。
いやあ、噂どおりこれは美味いですね。
旨味がすごい強い分、塩梅はもっと控えめでも
良いかなとも思いましたが、とにかく豚の味が濃い。
これはここ来たら、食べる価値ありありですね。
バー行きたい気分だけど、
料理もすこし食べたいんだよなーって時、
しかもそれが3人以上の複数な時、
とても重宝しそうなお店です。
