新鮮な食材を使った絶品創作料理の数々
日本酒会で参加。会場はこちらを貸し切り。
今回は日本酒を味わうということで
そのお酒に合ったお料理が提供。
着席すると前菜が用意。
う巻き、キャンディー状にしたものとか、見た目でも楽しめる。
サラダ、生柑橘が入っているので味が締まります。
かわはぎ肝付。新鮮で絶品。

魚の乾燥さしたもの
ミニステーキ
海老、きのこのパスタ。
デザートが2種。
今回は勉強をしながらの食事。きちんと料理説明があったのですがすでに日本酒で酔ってメモ忘れ。
次回は料理をしっかり味わいたいいきたいかな。
