岩田屋にお洋服を買いに行きましたら。レストランフロアにお蕎麦屋が。
デパそばでまともなのに出会ったことが無いし全然期待してなかったのだが、夜は「ひらまつ」だしい～。。。
よっしゃ！いちかばちかじゃっ、そばすすろ～っと。お店の雰囲気はいたってカジュアルインテリアの招き猫ミュージアムが可愛い。
さすが雰囲気重視、デザイナーズダイニング系の聖地博多。
天はごぼ天そばを、嫁はなめこおろしそばを、注文しました。
そばは生粉１００パだって。なるほど真っ白、すべすべ、つやつや。でも、本当かな～？個人店でも難易度高いのよ、生粉打ちは。。。
ひとくち、ふたくちとすすってみるとなんと、ちゃあんとそばの香りがするじゃあないですか。つけのごぼ天はでかいだけかと思っていたが、
うれしい裏切り、さにあらず。しゃきしゃきの上質ファイバー、衣もまずまず。さらにびっくりしたのがつゆ。
薄口お上品。あとあじさわやかカラメル醤油と化学調味料の弊害は全く感じられない！
お昼にサク食いなら文句なしと思います。濃ゆ甘ぎとぎと系麺類が跳梁跋扈する博多に在って稀少な本格ファーストフード店。
