福岡で、蕎麦と言うとあまりピンとはきませんが、ここの蕎麦は間違いないと思います。
打ち立ての十割蕎麦。喉ごしとてもいい、そして麺つゆの主張がなく、本当に蕎麦のあじを引き立てる麺つゆになっていて、最高です。
麺つゆは甘めのところが多いですが、蕎麦が美味しい麺つゆです。これは食べないと中々伝わらないかもしれません。
そして海老天丼。3匹が綺麗に並べられていて、カリッと揚がってます。そしてその尻尾の仕上げが見事に花開います。ランチでしたが、決して手を抜かないところは本物でしょう。
そして、サラダが小皿に乗ってるのですが、これもちゃんとしてます。野菜は新鮮でシャキシャキ、そして和風のドレッシングが美味い！絶妙に美味いのです。
サラダはただの添え物程度では、決してない。
別口でサラダだけ注文したくなる旨さでした。
大変満足なお昼でした。
