2023年の年の瀬、昨年は、新天町にある老舗のお蕎麦屋さん飛うめに伺いましたが、並ぶのが大変なので今回は、早めに行くと椅子に座って待つ事が出来る岩田屋新館7階にある11時開店の40分前に伺いました。
既に多くの方が椅子に座って待っていますが、1列目の最後の方でした。
11時の時点では凄い列になっていました。
列に並んでいる時点で人数を聞かれ、メニューを渡されました。
年越し蕎麦ですから天ぷら蕎麦と獺祭の大吟醸45をお願いしました。
11時の開店で順番に席に案内され真ん中にある大きなテーブル席に案内されました。
日本酒が先に提供されました。
大吟醸ですので凄く飲みやすいです。
天ざるが運ばれて来て天ぷらは、塩が付いていました。
蕎麦は腰がありつけ汁が無く頂いても甘みがあり美味しいです。
汁に付けて頂きました。汁は少し甘めです。
天ぷらは、海老は2尾と野菜3点です。揚げたてですから美味しいです。
美味しかったです。
おごちそうさまでした。
