その日は、福岡の春吉に来ておりました。
こちらのお店は、二階と一階がお店になっており、一階がカウンター、二階がテーブル席のようです。その日は、二階が貸切で、宴会をされておりました。
私は、一人でカウンターです。
お店のご主人が昔寿司職人だったというので、お寿司を握ってもらいました。一皿一貫で250円です。彩もよく、良い感じです。お薦めのカツオがとっても美味しかったですよ。
ワインも各種あり、最初にピノ・ノワールを選択しました。新しいボトルを開けてくれたので、テンションアップです。赤ワインは、酸素に触れると味が落ちるので、開けた時が一番おいしいと思っている森の里５です。量もなかなか多くてよかったです。二杯目はカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンです。こちら、ワインは、グラス550円でした。
お寿司もワインもよかったので、満足して帰りました。
