開店当初来、ゆったり美味しいものを食べたい特に利用しているお店。古民家を改装して設えられた空間は、同じ大名にあるダイニングとは一線を画している。本当の「大人の空間」を体感できるお店。得てしてこのような雰囲気のお店は、フードメニューにがっかりさせられることが多いが、ここは違う。シェフのセンス、オーナーのこだわりがメニュー構成に如実に現れている。一例を挙げると、シーザーサラダには、自家ローストの鯖の燻製があしらわれてくる。これが実に旨い！！その他全てのメニューが何らかの創意工夫が施されており、盛り付けの美しさとともに、提供される側に明らかな優越感と特別感を演出してくれる。ワインの種類も豊富で、アッパーな装いの女性グループが「大人の女子会」といった目的でよく使われていることからも、この店の「特別感」がうかがい知れるものであろう。ただ惜しむらくは、２３時からの「バータイム」になると、ディナータイムと違いフードメニューがほとんどなくなってしまうこと。だから少し小腹が空いた状態でバータイムに訪れると、少々辛い想いをするかも･･･。ただこの点は先日オーナーがある程度のフードメニューをバータイムにも提供する方向との話をされていたので、早晩解決されるであろう。ちょっとカッコつけたデートを演出したい方、「何か色々大名で行ったけど、最近イマイチなおみせばかりねぇ」などと思ってらっしゃる女子の方々。このお店を知っておくと、彼女・友人に一目置かれますよ。是非一度足を運んでみて下さい。
