今回は福岡市博多区住吉3-9-22 レジデンス博多 1Fにあります。
カフェ&バー チーズさんへ。
店内は、照明が少し暗く、レトロっぽさもある落ち着いた雰囲気。
3人くらい座れるカウンター席が３つと、5.6人座れるような広さのテーブルが２つあります。
とりあえずビールで乾杯！
ミックスナッツをつまみ、
イベリコ豚のソーセージがきました。
ケチャップ、マヨネーズ、マスタードの三種類のソースで味変も楽しめるソーセージでプリプリ(≧▽≦)
次に、海老とキノコのアヒージョ。
海老は殻ごと食べれるもので、キノコもたっぷり。バケット付きですのでオイルにたっぷり付けて♪
アンチョビもしっかりきいてます。
ビールのお替りは王道レモンサワー！口の中をサッパリとリセットｗ
次は、マルゲリータピザ。
パンの部分が、パイ生地で甘めのパン。たっぷりのチーズでとろとろで、ペロリとたいらげました。
接客も良かったです。
営業時間も朝6時まで・・・。ありがとうございます！ またまた夜な夜な現れるでしょうｗ
帰りにひと口サイズのチーズをお土産で頂きました。
