前々から行ってみたかったこちらのお店♪
なかなか予約取れないな〜と思っていたら何故かサクッと取れたww
お店に行ってみると結構小箱なのね！？
カウンター6席にテーブル4人掛け1卓でこの日もしっかり満席〜
柔らかいマスク越しの挨拶もらってビアビアしたらシュワシュワするでしょ？

蛍烏賊のフライってお初〜塩付いてるけど要らないよ。
蛍烏賊の柔らかい苦味が楽しめる上にフライのサックリ感良いね♪
白和の塩梅素晴らしく春をしっかり感じさせてくれるね。
若竹煮は青実山椒がピリッと効いてアクセント最高でワカメの風味もね⤴︎
トロたくは、焼き海苔もくれて自分でクルリンパww
紅生姜天はジャンジャンとは違ってかなり上質に食べさせてくれるよww
牡丹海老のデカさは北海道以来の迫力！！
味噌までしっかり美味しく醤油もかなり弱めに使っているから海老の甘味が突き抜ける♪
名物？の酒盗ピザ良い感じだな〜酒盗がアンチョビ代わりになってるのね？？
日本酒進み過ぎてヤバいよ(汗)
全てにおいて肩に力要らないのに和の技法や遊び心感じる♡
かなり飲み倒したのにこの価格！？
そりゃ人気で予約取れないよ(汗)
