お店の売りは焼き串で定番の焼き鳥から独自の創作焼き串までメニューがとても豊富でした。
その中でも店員さんにおすすめされたのは「松介 特製ねり」という塩つくね串。
一般的な焼き鳥屋でのつくねはタレや卵黄で食べるのが主流ですがこのお店は塩のみというシンプルな味付け。
提供されたその「松介 特製ねり」でまず驚いたのはサイズ感で女性の握りこぶしくらいはあろうかという一般的なつくねとはかけ離れた大きさ。
そして一口食べると鶏肉の脂と旨味と幸せが口の中いっぱいに広がりました。
滴る脂を零さないようにしつつも一言「美味い」と零さずにはいられませんでした。
私はタレや卵黄のつくねが好きだったのですがこのクオリティのつくねであればむしろ塩のみで素材が生きる味付けの方が美味いと感じるレベルで鶏肉に拘られてるのが伝わってきました。
ご来店された際は必ず1本は頂くことをおすすめします。
ちなみに私は追加注文しました。
その他のメニューは刺身の盛り合わせと創作焼き串の「博多 とろ玉」を紹介します。
まず刺身の盛り合わせですが焼き串メインのお店とは思えないほどのハイクオリティでしっかりと脂の乗ったマグロにカンパチ、鯛、そして炙りホタテにはイクラのトッピングまで、、、、
海鮮好きにはたまりませんね。
醤油だけでなくカンパチ、鯛の味変として博多と言えばのゴマダレまで用意してあり文句のつけようがありません。
また器の底に氷が敷いてあり提供されてからも暫く鮮度が保たれるのも非常に良いお気遣いです。
次に「博多 とろ玉」は松介さんの創作焼き串で半熟卵がタレ焼きの豚肉に包まれています。
言わなくても分かる絶対美味いやつ。ですね。
これも「松介 特製ねり」と同じで名物として紹介されている定番でとりあえず注文しといて間違いないメニューです。
キャパはとても広く6人で来店したのですが8人用の個室を広々と使わせていただきました。
店内の雰囲気はかなり良く清潔感がありデートにももってこいのお店です。
料金は少しお高いため普段使いというよりはちょっと特別な日や大事の人との食事にいかがでしょうか。
メニューが豊富でかつクオリティも高いためもっとたくさん食べたかったのですが満腹になり断念。
今回食べれなかったメニューのリベンジも兼ねてまた来店したいなと思いました。
