I was sitting here on the tatami mats and cushions when Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) arrived and I took a picture of it, and it looked like Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) coming out of the hotpot lol. Nice atmosphere in a back street. When you open the door, there are about 5 or 6 tables on tatami mats. When I entered the store, there was only one group and everyone was looking at me lol. I ordered Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) with a purpose and Hakata's bite-sized gyoza. I could see it. Gyoza, taken out of a commercial freezer bag. <(｀^´)> After a while, Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) appeared. Contains giblets, cabbage, chives, carrots, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms, each serving costs 1,150 yen (excluding tax).I thought it might not be enough when it was delivered, but it was more than enough. Offal is much fresher than grilled meat offal. I guess everyone likes the chewy texture. The soup is delicious. I want to add noodles to this. It was less about the food and more about the taste, as two men were serving around 20 customers. There were two people ordering, cooking, and carrying the food. Moreover, the seats are tatami mats, so I had to kneel down each time. I think it would be more efficient just to hire one part-time worker and do the work at the table.
