今日は出張で福岡へ。
夜は福岡名物のもつ鍋を食べることに。
取引先のスタッフさんからオススメのもつ鍋屋はないかと聞いたところ安くて美味しいと評判の「玄海庵」へ。
店が分かりづらく店に行くまでに苦労したが何とか見つかり店内へ。
店内は狭め。
座席テーブル席でもつ鍋味噌味を注文。
味のほうはもつは一人前1000円ではあり得ないくらいに美味い！
また無茶苦茶柔らかい。皮も柔らかい！
スープも美味い！
その他では串焼きとぎょうざを注文したが、素晴らしい味でありながら安い！
