大阪王将は餃子をはじめとする中華料理の全国チェーン店だ。王将は将棋（日本のチェス）の駒を意味する。
似たような名前で「餃子の王将」があるが、こちらは京都発祥である。しかし、もともとは同じ会社だったと言われている。
大阪王将は福岡県内に10店舗あるが、店よりも冷凍食品で知られている。つまり、自宅で食べるのが大阪王将、外食するなら餃子の王将という印象が強い（あくまで個人的な意見）
店名通り、餃子に力を入れている中華料理店である。まずは餃子2人前、唐揚げ、ごはん、スープが付いてくる餃子定食を食べてみてほしい。他にも、水餃子・ラーメン・炒飯・天津丼等、日本では一般的な中華料理は一通り用意されている。
なお、注文はタッチパネル＆多言語対応。
