【2018年11月26日(月)】
通院(結節性痒疹の治療)のため、2週間に1回の頻度で糸島→天神に来ています。
本当は食事制限中←小麦・肉・卵・乳製品・辛いもの・甘いもの・冷たいもの(常温含む)
なのですが、今日は医師との約束を破り(←食事写真提出の必要がなくなったし…)、
卵やお肉、辛いものを食べてしまいました～(;'∀')
◆たまご＆チキンカレー(700円)
<料理説明>小麦粉不使用の野菜のとろみと、オリジナルスパイス配合のジャワ風カレーです。
科学調味料・添加物を使わずに、やさしく飽きのこない味を追求しました。
インドネシア直送の辛味調味料「サンバル」という、タバスコに近い“酸っぱ辛い”ソースを
かけながら食しましたが、身体に特に影響(痒み、湿疹等の症状)はなく、無事に完食。
食事制限が解除になったらまた改めて行こうと思ってます☆
