2024年1月三連休初日、昼12時頃来訪の写真です。
・スペシャル極濃つけ麺(麺200ｇ)…1,500円
平日昼も夜も行列が絶えないと話題のお店です。私の来訪時も多分35名待ちでした。そのうち、半数が外国の方で、特に自分の後ろに並んだ外国人の女性2人はずっと歌ってた(笑)
2023年10月11日にRKBテレビ「まじもん！」でもお店が放送されました。
味に関しては他の方のコメントにある通り私も★5以上つけたいくらいです。
私は設備についていろいろコメントします。
行列に並んでいる間に券売機で食券を買いますが、こちら天神本店は現金のみです。※すぐ近くに、昨年オープンした福岡パルコのお店はキャッシュレスも使えると案内があります。
客席にはおしぼりと紙エプロンのほか、最後につけ汁に入れるためにダシ入りポットもあります。
店内は背もたれの無いカウンター席が約15席のみで、テーブル席はありません。椅子の高さは調節できないみたいで、私には少し高く感じました。また、お店専用のフリーWi-Fiは無いようですが、隣のスタバのフリーWi-Fiが十分拾えました。
福岡には年3、4回来るけど、この行列店はまた並びに来るかどうかは怪しいので、いつもノーマルしか頼まないのに、今日は全乗せにしました￥1500。
麺の量は並200ｇ、中盛り300ｇ、辛さは2～5の4段階、全部同一料金です。
テーブルセットとして、胡椒・お酢・一味唐辛子・鰹節出汁が用意されていて、自由にアレンジできる。
お水はセルフサービスです。
スープが味深くて濃厚です。麺は腰があって、スープとよく絡む。チャーシューは肉厚で柔らかくて、炙った分、味わいが凄く深いです。
さすがあの辛辛魚を監修した麺屋井の庄の技術を引き継いだ店で、本当に並んでも食べる価値のある一杯でした。
