After being advised by the owner of a Sushi I went to in Hakata, I went to Menya Kanetora Tenjin Main Branch in Tenjin, Hakata. Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) is the main dish, but Ramen is also available, and the line is about 30 minutes long even after 10pm. I ordered the ``Yasai Spicy Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle)'', which was listed as the most popular, at the standard level of spiciness. The noodles served were beautiful, the dipping sauce looked rich, and the vegetables looked delicious with the backfat. When you eat it, it's quite spicy. The dipping sauce is quite rich, and the spiciness is added to give it quite a punch. It's delicious, but I feel like my veins will burst. The addition of vegetables (and back fat) made it a little less intense, but the punch remained the same. The noodles are chewy and delicious with a hint of wheat flavor, but I feel like I'm at the mercy of the strength of the dipping sauce. I am impressed by the restaurant's concept of ``a bold, wild, Chinese-style drink''. The rich Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) with lots of ingredients left quite an impact.
