今日は同期と忘年会で西中洲へ！焼肉気分とのことで
かなり昔に行ったことがあるコチラへ再訪しました！
店内はカウンター、テーブルがあり３０席程の広さ！
薄暗い照明で落ち着いて焼肉を楽しめる雰囲気です！
メニューを眺め、今回はこんな布陣で注文しました！
◾️新鮮刺身三種盛り(2,178円)
◾️和牛 龍の巣 七ツ星(2,728円)×２
◾️まぜホルモン タレ(1,078円)
◾️かす増しうどん(1,078円)
◾️生ビール(638円)×3

ちなみに七ツ星はその日のオススメから厳選７種類！
まずは刺身３種盛り！当然魚では無くもちろん肉刺！
今回は白センマイ、タン、ハツの３種類の布陣です！
白センマイはクミクミとした食感とスッキリした後味
タンは柔らかな食感に、噛むほどに感じるお肉の甘み
ハツはプリプリ食感で本当にどれもクセが全く無し！
お次は目の前のガスコンロでお肉とホルモンを炙る！
７種盛りは上ハラミ、上ロース、イチボ、特カルビ、
フリソデ、クリミ、ランプが１枚ずつの贅沢な布陣！
ホルモン盛りはハツ、レバー、モツ等、種類が豊富！
初めは少ないかと思いつつ、高級なお肉ともなれば、
脂が乗っているのか少量でしっかりとお腹にたまる！
ガツガツ食べない人であれば、色々と試せて面白い！
歳を重ねる度に、年々少しずつ食べれる方が魅力的…
最後の〆は…かすうどん！かすはホルモンを素揚げし
天かすのようにカリカリ食感に！今回は増しで注文！
脂っこいかと思いきや、出汁はしっかりとスッキリ！
うどんはツルモチっとした食感で焼肉後も食べれる…
ついつい出汁をしっかり飲み干してしまう一品です！
