福岡市春吉にある「焼肉ホルモン 龍の巣 博多春吉店」さんを訪問。
ホルモン系の焼肉屋さんですが、個人的には、博多の締めのお店で使うことが多いです。
ここの「かすうどん」が結構好きで、何回か来ています。
安定の味で、結構好きです。
明るい店員さんに導かれ、お席に着きます。
以下、順番に。
□ スタミナかすうどん(1210円税込)
スタミナかすうどんは、ホルモンがたっぷり入ったかすうどん。
優しい味の出汁に、ホルモンがたっぷり入っています。
一つはふっくら、一つはパリパリに仕上がったホルモンです。
うどんは細目で柔らかく、大変美味しいです。
締めに最適のうどんです。
□ 赤かすもつ鍋(1848円税込)
赤い辛いスープのもつ鍋。
小さいですが、キャベツやもやしはたっぷり入っています。
モツも２種類入っていて、プリプリしていて美味しいです。
辛いスープなので、少しずつお野菜と共に頂く感じです。
□ おでん各種
たまご、ちくわ、ごぼう天、ホルモン串、こんにゃくを頂きます。
ツンと辛い練り辛子が特徴的です。
かすうどんよりもさらに薄味の優しいスープになります。
締めのお店としては、大満足です。
ここのお店は、場所柄、このような使い方が満足度が高いです。
お支払いは、クレジットカードで済ませました。
お値段もリーズナブルで満足です。
大変美味しかったです。
