本館地下1階と新館地下2階の飲食フロアには行ったことがあるのですが、若い女の子のお店ってイメージが強いPARCOでありますから、地上階へと立ち入ることがなかったために気づくことがなかった『kawara CAFE＆DINING FORWARD』
年末でも営業しているお店を探していて偶然に見つけたのですが、新館の6階にはこんな広々としたカフェがあったんですね
80席ほどの客席はテーブル席やソファー席などゆったりと並べられていますし、奥の一角はガラス張りになっていることから自然光が差し込むことでの開放感があって…
全体的に木の温もりが感じられる設えとなっていることでの居心地の良さもあって、女性同士を中心にママ友の集まりやカップルで埋められています
ランチメニューには“和”を感じる定食ものからロコモコやタコライスなどもありましたが、“特製コク旨”とあるナポリタンにはシンプルなものから目玉焼きを乗せたものやハンバーグを乗せたものがあることから自信もあるのだろうと「特製コク旨ナポリタンミートソースハンバーグ乗せ」をいただくことにいたします
レトロ感ある銀皿に盛られたナポリタンの上には思っていたよりも大きなハンバーグが乗せられていることでテンションが上がったのでありますが…
焼かれた香りや食感がなく、湯煎されたであろうと思われるものであったことが残念でした
とは言え、メインであるナポリタンは太めの麺がしっかりと焼かれていますし、たっぷりなベーコンオニオン、それにマッシュルームやピーマンと具沢山でありますし…
バランス良くケチャップとトマトソースが合わせられたソースにはチーズが振られていることでのコクやオニオンの甘みもあっておいしくいただくことができました
