10月31日の夜の3軒目は、中洲川端にある、WineBar＆Diningペトロス へ。
水たき、マジックバーからの、ワインバーに連れてきていただきました。
素敵な雰囲気のカウンターにはワイングラスが並んでいます。
一般の方も入れますが、常連さんの場合は、会員がオススメなシステムです。
座ったカウンターの後ろには、稀少なワインがずらりと並んでいました。
400本収納可能な福岡最大級のワインセラーだそうです。
ボルドーの五大シャトーのワインをはじめ、売約済のワインも含めてたくさん並んでいました。
好みに合わせて近いものを、4本持ってきてくださいました。
ブルゴーニューのモンラッシェ マルキドラギッシュグランクリュ2004ジョセフドルーアンから、熊本の菊鹿まで、シャルドネでもいろいろなタイプがありますね。

しっかりと熟成期間を得て、複雑味を増したシャルドネで、とても美味しくいただきました。
お通しの、フォアグラのテリーヌ。
超濃厚な味が、シャルドネにもピッタリです。
セラーに並んでいるワインも見せていただきながら、ワインをしっかり楽しみました。
近くにあれば会員になりたいと思える、素敵なお店でした。
