It is located 2 minutes walk from Haruyoshi intersection. It was my first time there, but the udon was authentic and very delicious. It makes sense that this is a sister store of Udon Daigaku, so it's delicious. Other than udon, the menu was cheap and delicious, and there was a wide variety of other dishes.
