The other day, I was looking for a restaurant where I could have a New Year's party with my college friends, and a new restaurant had opened, so I stumbled upon this one. The location was in the middle of Tenjin, on the 3rd floor of a building that used to house Aru Chizan, near FISH & FISH, and on the 1st floor was Hakata Yatai Factory. The interior had counter and table seats, and a small raised tatami room in the back. It's a restaurant that can be used not only for banquets, but also for girls' gatherings and dates, as there are many women and couples there. This restaurant seemed to have a wide variety of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu items, from straw-grilled and boiled Gyoza / Dumpling to Pancakes. This time, we have straw-grilled bonito, boiled Gyoza / Dumpling, snacks, and beef skewers. To finish off my meal, I ordered a dish called Champon noodles. In particular, the straw-grilled bonito was perfectly cooked, fragrant, meaty, and very delicious.♫ Most of the women who served us were young, but they were energetic and smiling and made us feel very comfortable.
