I was impressed by how energetic all the young staff members were. A lively Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) simply makes you feel better ♪ Moreover, the counter seats and table seats near the entrance of the restaurant are full of energetic young people. This is probably Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that is popular with young people. The small raised area at the back of the store is a tatami room that can be used for group banquets. This restaurant is often used for company-related banquets, so the age group is a little older. Our group is also included in this group (lol). I used it for a work-related drinking party. It is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station and subway Akasaka Station. This is the grand menu. Its specialties include ``Taki Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)'', a popular Hakata Gyoza / Dumpling staple, and ``Straw-grilled bonito'', which can be said to be the beginning of the robatayaki boom in recent years. There is almost no fresh fish on the menu, but there is a good selection of meat and Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) dishes that young people seem to like. This time, we have the ``Too Delicious Course'' which includes popular menu items for 4,000 yen (tax included and includes all-you-can-drink). Generally, all-you-can-drink course meals have a limited menu exclusively for all-you-can-drink meals, but here, you can enjoy almost all-you-can-drink except for designated brands of sake, which is a big plus! Personally, I was happy that there were many types of highballs and shochu. ``So delicious that you won't be disappointed'' is a 9-course meal for 4,000 yen (tax included). Hot edamame. Warm Caesar salad. My official drink is a Kaku Highball, but since there were branded whiskey Suntory Yamazaki and Hakushu highballs on the all-you-can-drink menu, I easily switched to it. Hakushu had its own glass, but Yamazaki had it in a square mug. The carbonic acid effect is good, but it's made a bit diluted (lol). Shrimp mayo. Cooked Gyoza / Dumpling. Apparently it's not pork bone soup, but chicken hot water. As it cools down, the soup is so thick that a protein film forms on the surface. Omelet. Straw-grilled bonito. Beef skewers and garlic sauce. Beef skewers and honey mustard. On the grand menu, beef skewers come in 8 different seasonings. Yakitori restaurants only have salt or sauce flavor, so it's nice to be able to enjoy a variety of different flavors. The meat itself was very flavorful and delicious. You can choose between chanpon noodles or rice porridge to serve the boiled Gyoza / Dumpling. After eating Gyoza / Dumpling, the soup becomes even thicker and richer. It went well with the chanpon noodles and was delicious♪ Dessert was ice cream choux! However, my personal finishing touch was last order potato soup and the chaser of the sweet potato soup (lol).
