Uoken near Nagahama Park Used for drinking party at work. This shop is run by someone who trained in Isogai. The restaurant was said to serve dishes made with fish purchased from the Nagahama market, and of course Onigiri charcoal-grilled free-range chicken, tataki, Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), and conger eel rice balls. All the dishes were very delicious. In particular, the miso-grilled fatty sea bream was tender and extremely delicious. I was also impressed by the corn that was skewered one by one. I was able to enjoy delicious food in a relaxed manner at the long table with a sunken kotatsu.
