I left [a:40020771, Manyo] and came here to have another drink and go home. It opened as Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) Uoken in April of last year. Although the shop name has "fish" in it, it is a restaurant specializing in Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). It uses extremely fresh Hakata chicken and is grilled over Bincho charcoal, making it popular with office workers and families in the Tenjin area. When you enter the store, there are counter seats as well as table seats. From the menu, we have a great value set (980 yen). A set of 5 types of daily Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), Small dish, and a drink. For drinks, I had Ebisu draft beer. Small dish is oboro tofu. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) after a while. It's on top of raw cabbage. Corn. Liver breast. Although it was half raw, it was soft and delicious. Zuri, unusual but engawa. That part. The texture is crunchy, like sushi.
