Today I'm in the mood for a drink, so I'm taking a walk around the Tenjin Kita area! As I was walking without a specific goal in mind, I discovered this and attacked it! The deciding factor was that I found the chicken thorns...I love it...The inside of the store is the kind where you take off your shoes! There are 7 seats at the counter and 4 tables, which can seat about 30 people! Looking at the menu, this time I ordered this lineup! ◾️Appetizer Grilled rock Oyster with cheese ◾️Chicken sashimi (750 yen) ◾️Skewers ・Rare fillet plum (150 yen) ・Sunazuri (90 yen) ・Sunazuri engawa (120 yen) ・Seseri (90 yen)・Bonjiri (90 yen) ・Heart (120 yen) ・Rare liver (180 yen) ・Atsuage (250 yen) x 2 ・Kinako pork belly (250 yen) ・Wagyu beef garlic roll (350 yen) ・Yam (150 yen) ×2 ・Corn (50 yen) ◾️ Grilled Onigiri (300 yen) ◾️ Medium draft beer (550 yen) ◾️ Draft beer value mug (700 yen) ◾️ Potato shochu with Mitake hot water (450 yen) The appetizer is rock Oyster! People who like it can't resist it, but I'm not really good at eating it... It doesn't have much of a smell and has a nice chewy texture! I don't dislike it, but I want to eat what I like...lol The chicken has a smooth texture, no odor and a nice aroma...seasoned with salt and sesame oil, of course...draft beer goes well! Just seeing this dish draws me in...LOL Since it was my first visit, I tried a lot of different parts of the yakitori! The chicken fillet is rare and has a firm and plump texture! Pork belly is juicy with a good balance of meat and fat! The fried tofu is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside...delicious! Sand-zuri engawa has a crunchy, plump and interesting texture! It takes a lot of effort to skewer each corn...the sweet sauce goes well with it! Finish with grilled rice Onigiri! The rice cooked with Hakata chicken is crispy and has a nice aroma of seaweed... Because it's cooked rice, the flavor is soaked into the rice and it's delicious! The overall quality is high, and I would like to go to this store again! Next time I'll try a different menu...Thank you for the meal!
