本日もキャナル出向、この日は楽しみにしていたTVで紹介されたお店へ、
ところが全面解除でランチ終了！（ムカっ、つい最近TVでは土日のみランチしていると言ってたのに）。。と言っても仕方ない、
BMしていたお店から数分のこちらへ、舵をとりました。
あの明太メーカーやまやのお店。
中州のランドマークパチンコ店となりのビル２F。エレベーターを降り、店内に案内されると
那珂川が見える大きな窓ガラスから太陽が注ぎ開放的。
1人でしたがテーブル席へ。
目指すはプレミアムランチと名高い「できたてめんたい膳」(2000円）。
ご飯を今から炊くので30分ほど時間がかかるとのこと。14時近くなりますのでお腹も空いたけど我慢。
３0分ほどたってお料理が一同に提供。
出来立てめんたいがセンターで鎮座。
囲むは茶わん蒸し、小鉢は国産牛もつ味噌煮込み、香の物、イカ刺し、山芋とろろ、味噌汁。
食べ方の説明あり。
ご飯蒸らしも終わり、1杯目がついてくれます。2杯目からセフル。
めんたいはかなり大振りです、熟成後、一度も冷凍されずに漬けあがったばかりの一番美味しい状態の辛子明太子、粒粒の食感がすっごく楽しめます。
それをトロロと一緒にとか色々と味変。
これで日本酒が飲めそう。
県民はめんたいこを1本まるごと食べる機会はめったにないので貴重な膳となりました、
