華麗ですね。
高級感があります！
肝心の味は、私としてはヒレが最高でした。
少し熟成させているのですかね？
かなり旨味が出ていました！
熟成レア好きにはハマると思います。
後の焼きしゃぶは網に肉がくっ付いてしまい、シャブシャブ出来なかったのが残念！笑笑
ミノは歯ごたえがありコリコリ。
サラダは良い感じ。
漬けダレはご飯にかけたくなるぐらい美味い！
二種類あるところが、なかなか良いと思いました。
