I visited around 6pm. On Saturdays and Sundays during the day, I often see a line of people who look like tourists, but at night it's often relatively empty. Noko udon is a thick type of udon unique to Fukuoka. After all, this is good. On this day, I made mushroom and meat udon. The soup stock is a little sweet. The soup stock came out well from the mushrooms, and as a mushroom lover, I kept thinking that I would come back again. The service was average...perhaps to cut down on labor costs, but on this day I was running the halls by myself and it seemed difficult. It is inevitable. I wouldn't expect much from this restaurant as I would use it on a regular basis due to its convenient location and consistent deliciousness. .
