The soup stock is just delicious. The gobo tempura is freshly fried and piping hot. People from the Kanto region may be surprised at how thin the goho is. The noodles are chewy and thick, similar to Inaniwa udon, and are smooth to eat. They will give you extra noodles for free, so I ask for more each time. There's a line at lunchtime, so if you go a little later, you'll be able to get in without lining up.
