I visited this restaurant because of the high reviews. I made a reservation by phone in advance and visited on a weekday evening during Golden Week. Inside, there are 14 seats, and it is a Japanese Cuisine restaurant located on the first floor of an apartment building in a residential area a little away from the downtown area. The only food served here is the "selection course", and I also ordered a few glasses of alcohol. The food is delicate and all of it is really high quality. The ingredients are mainly from Kyushu, and not only fish but also meat is served. All of the dishes are excellent, but Sukiyaki made with hanasansho pepper and Miyazaki beef was particularly good. The moderately sweet sauce and the aroma of the high-quality ingredient hanasansho pepper worked well, and the soft meat was very delicious. Other dishes, which were packed with a lot of hassun, were also very delicious. And the final sweet dish was freshly made warabi mochi. It had a fresh, jiggly, melt-in-your-mouth texture, and was also very delicious. The course was very filling, and I couldn't finish all of the fragrant sakura shrimp rice, so I made it into Bento (boxed lunch). It was a truly wonderful course meal. I will come again!
