所用で出かけた天神
日差しの強さに駅から離れたところまで歩く気にならなず…
PARCOの地下にある飲食フロアを覗いてみますと、日曜日ってこともあって席を待つお客さまが溢れていたのであります
それでソラリアステージにある『酒肴麺飯 アテニヨル』を覗いてみますと、50席ほどの店内には4組9人の先客だけでありましたので、これはラッキーと飛び込みます
いただいた席からは見ることができませんでしたが、吹き抜けとなった中3階にあることから北口改札を出入りする人の流れを見下ろすことができる居心地が良い空間でありました
「担々麺」や「酸辣湯麺」「あっさり鶏塩そば」などと麺メニューが並びますし、それらと一緒に半炒飯がいただける麺&半炒飯セットもありましたが…
連日麺類をいただいていましたので、6品用意された一品料理から2品を選ぶことができる「選べる2品の定食」をホイコーロときくらげと玉子炒めでいただくことにいたします
選んだ2品のお料理は可もなく不可もなしと言ったものでありましたが、添えられたご飯には臭みを感じるものであったりと、お客さまが少ないお店にはそれなりのワケがあるようで…
お料理を提供する際に空になったお冷グラスを手に取って避けたにもかかわらず声を掛けるまで継ぎ足してはいただくことはありませんでしたし、入店されたお客さまにお冷を提供し、声をかけられたら注文を取って出来上がったお料理を提供する
そんな作業に対応するだけでサービスに対する意識が低かったことが残念でありました
