博多行きの前にYouTubeで博多観光を検索すると、マコなり社長がこちらのお店を絶賛してたので訪問。
土曜日の17時40分に到着するとまだ並び無しでした。券売機で天ぷら定食940円を購入し、店員さんに渡してカウンターに座ります。コの字型のカウンターで、中で職人さんが天ぷらを揚げているのが見えるライブカウンターです。
最初に天ぷらを置く金属パッドが置かれます。ご飯と味噌汁、イカの塩辛（バカうま）がセットされスタート。店員さんが揚げたての天ぷらを１つずつ配っていくスタイルは斬新でしたが、熱々サクサクの天ぷらが頂けるので素晴らしい。940円で高級店の様なサービスです。
キス、アジ、青魚（不明）、かぼちゃ、なす、ピーマン、イカの順に提供されました。衣が軽くてどんどん食べられるヤツ。キス・アジ・イカが最高に美味かったです。
これで940円なら神コスパだと思います。店構えもオシャレです。待ちスペースも広大なので混雑したら凄いのでしょうね。1人だったので20分位でサクッと食べて帰りましたが、帰る頃には20人位の待ちが出来ていました。タイミング良かった！
