今回は福岡市中央区春吉2-18-8にあります。
もち乃きさんへ。
古民家をリノベーションした一軒の様です、１Fはカウンター、２Fはテーブル席の様です。
カウンターは7席でオープンキッチンです。 博多から移転されたとか。以前は「もちのきそう」だったみたいで
移転と共に一新されたようですよ(^^♪
とりあえずの生ビールで乾杯！！
お店の売りは焼鳥と和食☆
注文の焼き鳥は塩レバー、たれレバー、塩つくね、たれつくね、もも。
焼鳥は朝引きにこだわりがあり、鮮度も良く癖もないですね(^^♪ つくねも丸々していてボリューム感あります。
他のメニューで
※冷やしピーマンと肉みそ、肉みそに山椒が効いていていい♪。
※ウフマヨのポテトサラダ、まるでモンブラン！！見た目の印象◎ 中心に半熟卵。 混ぜて混ぜて楽しい(*‘ω‘ *)、揚げジャガも入っていて触感もいい。
※桃とマスカルポーネの生ハム巻き、季節の桃のジューシーさがいいですね。ブラックペッパーと塩の加減がいい。
※生とうもろこしのかき揚げ、素材にしっかり甘みがあります。
※紅ハルカのサツマイモ天ぷら ブルーチーズとハチミツ、厚切りの紅ハルカ薄衣でパリッと。個人的にはブルーチーズとハチミツは少し芋の甘みがぼやけるなー。
※ドライイチジクとクラッカー、おつまみにピッタリ☆
メニューは和食との融合で創作も楽しめる献立でいいですね(#^^#)
生ビールのお変わりはレモンカヴァを、レモンたっぷり。中身お代わりは350円です。もちろんもう一杯！ｗ
スタッフさんも丁寧で親しみやすいですね、ごちそうさまでした。
