ホテルのチェックインまで時間があった為、インスタを騒がせている5円クレープでも食べに行ってみようという事で駅から歩いて訪問。鮨屋でビール3杯飲んでからデザート代わりに伺いました。

平日の昼13時半頃でしたが店内は8割くらいの入り。クレープは1枚ずつ丁寧に焼き立てを、ドリンクも丁寧に？1杯ずつという事で15分くらい時間が掛かると会計時に説明を受けました。決してクレープが5円だから大量注文で回らないとか、そういう事ではないようです。丁寧に作っていただけます。
接客がとても良いですね。丁寧な中でも堅すぎない親しみのある柔らかな接客。これは久しぶりに素晴らしいお店を発見しました。近くだったらうちに引き抜きたいくらい。
5円販売のバターシュガークレープは意外にも香ばしく重厚感があります。たっぷりと使用されたバターの香り、ザクザクした食感としてアクセントにもなっているシュガーな粒たち。ガレットに近い部分もありクレープショップのバターシュガーとは異なるものでした。
ピザクレープはたっぷり使われたチーズの香り、黒胡椒のアクセント、カリカリ部分とモチモチ部分のガワの食感が良いですね。ナイフで切るのも大変な生地ですがクレープの表裏をひっくり返すと切りやすい事を発見。
ロイヤルミルクティーは寒い日におすすめです。あと予想外にカップが可愛いくてテンションあがります。
RMT(Royal Milk Tea)なんて略す人はいませんが名ばかりロイヤルではない所に好感が持てました。ミルクが多め、濃いめの事をロイヤルと呼んで出してくる偽RMTなお店もありますがこちらはきちんとロイヤルな抽出方法をされており特徴のある香り。茶葉の渋みが溶け出している部分は好みが分かれるかもしれませんが香りが良く出ており寒い冬に最高な1杯です。
駅から何とも微妙な距離の立地であり偶然に通るようなお店ではありませんが、ちょっとした待ち合わせや休憩に良いですね。
