緊急事態宣言の中、天神の岩田屋は土日は地下の食品売場と1階の化粧品売場だけが営業だと思ってました。
しかし、新館7階の飲食店のフロアも一部営業してました。
本日はGOTOeat福岡のチケットがまだあったので、博多まぶし味素楽に訪問しました。
注文したのは「九州産 黒毛和牛のまぶし」2,310円とバーニャカウダ。
まぶしは、土鍋で炊いたご飯に黒毛和牛が敷き詰められてます。
食べ方は、鰻のそれと同様に一杯目は普通に食べ、二杯目はお漬物と一緒に。三杯目は出汁でお茶漬けにして食べます。
良いお肉を使用しているため、どの食べ方でも美味しい。
お茶漬けもあっさりして非常に満足できました。
