I visited ``37'', which is located on the first floor of ``Panorama Square'', which is located between Tenjin Minami and Nakasu areas, on the opposite side of Kokutai Road. It's located in Panorama Square, so it's easy to find. ``37'' is characterized by its ability to serve Amakusa Daio chicken, a mythical local chicken that you don't often get the chance to eat, and you generally order a course that includes either Hot Pot or shabu shabu. Inside the store, there are nine counter seats, the rest are private rooms, and a hall area. Smoking is allowed in the private rooms and the hall, so it would be easy to use it for drinking parties when there are smokers, and if you don't like the smell of cigarettes, it may be something to consider depending on the customers at the time. This time I ordered shabu shabu course (7,700 yen). ○Otoshi The appetizer is chicken skin vinegar. The composition allows you to enjoy the different textures, and it is refreshingly delicious. It's a good start as an accompaniment to alcohol. ○ Appetizer The appetizer is grilled chicken fillet. It has immature eggs and caviar on top, and is eaten wrapped in seaweed. As expected, the meat quality of Amakusa Daioh is delicious. I felt the moist texture and flavor. ○White liver pate 37's specialty white liver pate. The bread-like thing with the liver pate on it has a crispy texture that matches the sweetness of the white liver. It doesn't have any odor at all, and even people who don't like liver will love it! It was truly a specialty. ○5 types of tataki 5 types of tataki, including rare parts such as "furisode" and "obi". You can directly feel the high quality of Amakusa Daioh's meat. It has a firm texture and juicy feel, and goes great with yuzu pepper and salt. ○ shabu shabu The main shabu shabu is now available. The impressive meat plate is beautiful. You can feel the quality of the store from this careful arrangement. First, add the vegetables and let the meat cook quickly. I don't have many opportunities to eat chicken shabu shabu, but it was absolutely delicious and on par with high-quality pork or beef meat. The combination of hot pot soup and white soy sauce, or ponzu sauce, both are very delicious and you will eat them one after another. It was so delicious that I even ordered more meat lol Today's finishing dish was somen, which was the perfect finishing touch with a firm texture. There are two types of desserts to choose from, and I ordered the Yaki-imo ice cream. I'm also happy that they serve ice cream with a twist. I'd like to go eat shabu shabu again, but I'm also interested in Hot Pot next time!
