琥珀の月さんが検索にヒット。早速予約をしていざ入店。
カウンターメインの小さなお店ですが、落ち着いた雰囲気で品を感じます
とりかわを注文しようとメニューをみると
琥珀の皮と山椒皮の2種類あったのでそれぞれ注文
山椒皮は山椒の風味がきいてて結構気に入りました
こちらは琥珀の皮
調子もでてきたので、白レバー
ぼんじり
博多万能ネギ巻き、これもシャキシャキと食感がよく美味しい！
ハツ、、ではなくハート。 こちらではそういう呼び名なんですね
美味しいもの食べるとお酒もすすみます
