1本1本手間暇かけた博多名物のとりかわ。
「焼き」「タレ付け」「ねかし」と3日間かけて仕上げているんだって！
琥珀色の特製醤油ダレを含ませた極上の皮に
山椒の風味をプラスされた山椒皮。
どっちも美味しくてまた食べたい！！
刺し盛のお魚は分厚くてびっくり。
注文は2人前からみたいです。
カウンター席は店員さんとも近いので一人でも寄りやすいな～と感じました。
