国体道路・三光橋交差点から南にふた区画入った“渡辺通五丁目通り”にある『焼肉酒場 にくまる』で「大トロタン」と「肉茶漬け」をいただきます
小倉で人気の焼肉店『にくまる』が春吉に出店したのは2021年3月のこと
その看板商品である「大トロタン」を武器に、その翌年1月に始められたお昼営業『牛タンと釜炊きご飯 にくまる』は整理券を手に入れるための行列ができるほどの人気になっていたのですが…
コロナ禍が収束に向かったからなのか、仕入れが難しくなったのか、はたまた飽きられてしまったのか、僅か一年半ほどでその営業を止められていたのであります
そんなことを知らずに、予約ができるようになっていると喜び勇んでお邪魔したワタシ
どうしたものかと思いましたが、目的である牛タンをいただくことはできるとのことで…
先ずは「大トロタン」
30mmほどの肉厚にカットされたタンは「焼き方がありますのでスタッフが焼かせていただきます」と言いながら自ら焼き始めていただけまして…
2度3度と返しながら焼き上げたタンを食べやすいようにカットして提供していただけます
肉厚でありながらも柔らかく、噛むたびに旨みたっぷりの肉汁が滲み出てきて…
添えられたネギ塩にある塩味とごま油の香りも絶妙でありました
そして「肉茶漬け」
ご飯に載せられたお肉の上から熱々なお出汁をかけて、ほんのりと白みを帯びた頃がいただきどき
今日のお肉は赤身と脂身のバランスがよいミスジであるとのことで、やわらかな肉質を楽しみます
お出汁の甘みと薬味として添えられた大葉の香りもあって満足な一杯でありました
厨房を囲うように造られたコの字型のカウンター席だけのお店でありまして、長椅子が置かれることから女性のお客さまはこれを跨ぐことに抵抗があるかもしれませんね
